My name is Lauren and I am a graduate student completing my first year in a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling Program. This summer I am adventuring abroad to Haddington, Scotland, where I will be interning in a mental health hospital. I am excited to finally be able to live in another country, which is something I have always dreamed about. This blog is to document the three months I will spend traveling and living in a foreign country, as well as what I learn while gaining clinical experience working in my field. I hope while I am there, I am able to spend time learning about myself, and fill my life with stories, memories and truly meaningful experiences!
